Kevin Sakimoto,  Principal

Kevin Sakimoto joined Fujinaga Management in 2004.  In April 2014 Mr. Sakimoto acquired Fujinaga Management from its founder Todd Fujinaga, and in 2016 re-organized the company into Pacific Gateway Properties.

Over the past decade, Mr. Sakimoto has personally managed a broad portfolio consisting of retail, office, and mixed use apartment buildings.  Mr. Sakimoto has closed over a 100 real estate transactions in either the sale or lease of retail and office buildings, representing both landlords and tenants and also in the development and sale of entitled properties. Mr. Sakimoto’s personal investment in the success of his clients has resulted in lifelong business relationships.

Prior to joining Pacific Gateway Properties, Mr. Sakimoto worked in the finance industry on a trading desk at Fiserv, Inc., and later on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.  Mr. Sakimoto attended University of Colorado and graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Finance.


Andrew Bonner, Asset Manager

Andrew Bonner has been in real estate for over seven years and has been involved in over 1.5 million square feet and over $50 million in closings. Before joining Pacific Gateway Properties in 2019, Andrew was a commercial broker in South Florida working with office and industrial on both the tenant and landlord side. After moving to Northern California in 2017, Andrew became the Head of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at a co-working firm before getting back to his passion, real estate. Andrew focuses on maximizing his clients’ property value throughout every stage of the real estate cycle.


Andrew was born and raised in Miami, Florida and has two brothers who attended Santa Clara University and convinced him to move to California. He graduated the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Computer Science and Medieval Studies. Andrew enjoys golf, tennis, and loves cooking, so much that he attended culinary school after college.
