I’ve been creating synergy between people and spaces since joining Fujinaga Management in 2004.

After acquiring the company from its founder, Todd Fujinaga, in 2016 I reorganized it into Pacific Gateway Properties with one clear mission: building lifelong business relationships.

I’m not just invested in your property, I’m invested in your long term success. In the last decade, I’ve personally managed a broad portfolio and closed with 100 real estate transactions, representing both landlords and tenants.

My real estate experience, coupled with my finance background working on a trading desk at Fiserv, Inc. and the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange mean I bring a deep understanding of the entire ecosystem of real estate.

Jared Miao

Jared brings with him a strong background in customer service and extensive experience in all aspects of property management. He is committed to going above and beyond to provide exceptional experiences for both property owners and residents.

Jared firmly believes that there are multiple solutions to any problem, and he leverages his past experiences and continuously hones his skills to address issues with a positive attitude. He understands the importance of timely and transparent communication and aims to build a trusted bridge of communication between residents and Pacific Gateway Properties.

Carina Silvestre

My name is Carina Silvestre. I was born and raised in the East Bay. I majored in Communications and minored in Business at San Jose State University. I’ve always had an interest in real estate. Therefore, I feel fortunate to have come across this property manager role at Pacific Gateway Properties. I’ve had the opportunity to grow and get to work with a great team! I enjoy a challenge in my day to day and am passionate in providing quality service to both clients and tenants. I am someone who values respect, honesty, and perseverance. In my free time, you’ll catch me spending time with family and friends, enjoying nature, or trying new food.
