How much is the monthly management fee?

How will my property be maintained?


First, we have relationships with the best vendors to respond to a variety of maintenance requests AND emergencies.  Second, we believe in a pro-active approach and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure our tenants remain uninterrupted.  We conduct regular onsite visits to identify potential problems and take care of them before they become larger issues.  Lastly, we stay in regular communication with our tenants to give them an opportunity to report any maintenance issues.  Please contact us for a free no-obligation meeting to discuss how we can serve your maintenance needs.


How do you find and place tenants?


Depends on the property type.  For Residential, PGP will place a for lease listing on several websites including Craigslist, Zillow, Trulia and Apartments.com, and for commercial listings we will place a listing on Loopnet.  For either property type, we also place a “for lease” sign on the property, and reach out to our network to ensure we market the property through several different channels.  To learn more about our leasing service please go here or contact us directly to learn more.


How much will my property rent for?
