Satisfaction Guarantee
We want clients to be completely satisfied with the level of service we are providing. Hopefully we are meeting and exceeding our clients’ expectations. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, a 60 day notice to cancel is required and there are no further obligations. You are free to find other property management in the Bay area.
Fee Guarantee
This is simple. If you don’t get paid, we don’t get paid. If a tenant does not pay the rent for whatever reason, we don’t collect a fee on that month’s rent.
Response Guarantee
I think that keeping an open line of communication is paramount to effective property management, and we respond to all client and tenant communications. We feel so strongly about this that if we don’t reply within 24 hours, we will waive that month’s management fee.
Transparency Guarantee
Our clients’ trust is extremely important to us. We guarantee to keep accurate books and records and to send our clients monthly reports to reflect all of the financial activity for their properties. Our clients can see where every penny came in and went out. Within our property management contract, all of our fees and services are listed. There are no hidden fees.
